About our Locations:
Our Franksville location is in the same building as Little Champs Daycare center. They are in the back of the building and our entrance is in the front. You can enter our location through the double doors facing Northwestern Ave. We have signs hanging in our entrance windows. Training By J and Massage By K!
Our Union Grove location is in the same building as All Cut Up Salon and is located next door to TinCan Roadhouse Restaurant. We are the most West unit (Unit C) of the building and have Wellness At Wildwood Signs on our doors.
What to expect as a first time customer:
If you are new to Massage Therapy here are a few helpful hints and what to expect from your first time.
1). Arrive early! We have a small intake form for you to fill out prior to your service, your service provider potentially will be with another client when you come in, your intake form will be on the Puzzle Table right below the whiteboard in our lobby! There is a front and back portion to it.
2). Your service provider will ask a few questions before your service starts, don’t be nervous! We want to provide you with the best service absolutely possible, the more information we have the better the experience. If you have questions please feel free to ask! We are all open books when it comes to our profession! You won’t ask us something that we haven’t already heard before!
3). Any time throughout your service if anything is uncomfortable or we can adjust something for you please do not hesitate to mention it!
How to get the most out of your services:
1). DRINK WATER! Before your service and afterwards! The more hydrated your muscles are the more your massage therapist will get out of them. We provide you a water to take with you after your service please drink that and much more after your services. The more water you drink the more you will flush the toxicity out of your muscles!
2). Communicate with your service provider. We are all very confident in our skills but ultimately it is your comforts and relaxation that matters most! We aren’t mind readers! Let us know at any point in time if there is ever anything that can be adjusted to give you the best service possible.
